IPL fever is raging high, and it’s all about rooting for your favourite state, healthy intra-team competition, and of course, regional food that brings the fans together. If you’re planning a game night, why don’t you whip up these lamb skewers and kebabs with Aussie Lamb and have a gala time?
A three layered bread pakora can be your easy go-to tri-colour snack.
Inspired by Bengal’s slow-cooked Kosha Mangsho curry, these kebabs use a similar mustard oil and garam masala marinade but are grilled on skewers for a slow-cooked snack.
Inspired by the coastal cuisine of Karnataka, you can make Kundapura-style Aussie Lamb skewers with coconut, ghee, spices, and pair them with chilled beer.
