Kuttu ka atta roti is a soft, gluten-free Indian bread made with buckwheat flour, perfect for Navratri or fasting days. Light, wholesome, and easy to make, it pairs beautifully with aloo sabzi, curd, or vrat chutney, keeping your meals traditional yet satisfying.
1 cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour) 1 mashed boiled potato ½ tsp sendha namak (rock salt) 1 chopped green chilli Warm water, as needed Ghee, for roasting
In a bowl, mix kuttu atta, mashed potato, rock salt, and chopped green chilli.
Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
Take a small portion, place it between two greased plastic sheets, and roll it gently into a roti.
Heat a tawa, place the roti, and roast on both sides with ghee until golden brown.
Serve hot with aloo sabzi, curd, or vrat chutney.
