Dahi ke kebab is an impeccable evening snack if you’re looking for something crunchy and healthy to pair with your cup of chai. Made with paneer and dahi, here’s how to recreate the kebab at home.
1 cup dahi 1/2 cup paneer 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped capsicum 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp green chilli paste 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp breadcrumbs Oil for deep frying
Mix dahi, paneer, onions, capsicum, ginger paste, chilli paste, and all the spices.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cornflour. Coat the patties with this mixture.
Refrigerate the coated patties for about 20 minutes.
Heat some oil and deep fry to make kurkure dahi kebabs. Serve with a chutney.
