Kulhad lassi is the best beverage you can have in summer to regulate your body temperature and beat the symptoms of heat stroke. It can be paired with breakfast for nourishment and keep you full until lunch.
3-4 cashews 1 cup yoghurt 1 tsp rose syrup 3-4 almonds 5 tsp sugar
Beat curd and sugar in a deep bowl until the crystals dissolve.
Add the rose syrup and beat the ingredients again until the blend is frothy.
Top it with freshly pounded dry fruits.
You can also blend the ingredients in a mixer with some ice.
Pour the lassi into kulhad (earthen pots).
Serve the beverage chilled.
