Korean tofu soup is warming, good for health, and nourishing. It can be a delightful addition to your spread, and you can enjoy it irrespective of the season. If you are looking for some healthy recipes, try this.
1 tbsp ginger, soy sauce 2 tbsp sesame oil, gochujang paste 3 garlic cloves 125g carrots, mushrooms 350g tofu Lemon juice to taste 1 nori sheet, pak choi 1.25l vegetable stock 1 medium onion Gochugaru 1 tbsp spring onion White, black sesame seeds
Heat oil in a pan and cook chopped onions in it.
Add ginger, gochujang paste, soy sauce, vegetable stock, and nori strips.
Once the blend comes to a boil, add mushrooms, pak choi, and carrots.
Add tofu now. You can cut it to make it more flavourful.
Add lime juice to balance and complement other flavours.
Garnish the soup with green onions, sesame seeds, and gochugaru powder.
