Korean pancakes are the newest trend that people are following in the culinary world. They are easy to copy at home, and kids love them. If you haven’t tried them, follow this guide.
4 green onions 1 green chilli ½ cup leek ½ cup zucchini 1 cup mushrooms ⅓ cup sweet potato Salt to taste ¾ cup maida Vegetable oil ¾ cup water 2 tsp white vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp Korean pepper, sesame seeds
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix all the vegetables, salt, and ¾ cup of water.
Heat a skillet, pour vegetable oil, and add the vegetables.
Pour a slurry of maida and sprinkle spices.
Let the base cook and turn crispy. Drizzle oil on the top.
Turn over the pancake and cook the other side. Serve with ketchup.
