Korean corn dog is a delicious, low-spiced, and fulfilling snack that you can relish on the go. Coated with bread crumbs and deep-fried, it is often cherished with a drizzle of ketchup and mustard sauce. Here is its recipe.
2 tsp active dry yeast 2 tbsp sugar 4-6 sausages/ rice cakes 4-6 cheese slices Salt to taste 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 russet potato Oil for frying 1 cup warm water 1.75 cups maida 3 cups water ½ cup bread crumbs
Take a jar and combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in it. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Combine yeast with maida and a sprinkle of salt. Keep it aside for an hour for the rise.
Add sausages or rice cakes to skewers and coat each with cheese. Refrigerate while you potato.
Coat diced potato with cornstarch. Now even roll maida batter on skewers and coat each with potato and bread crumbs.
Deep fry Korean Corn Dogs in hot oil until they are crispy and golden brown.
Serve with ketchup and mustard sauce drizzled on them.
