Korean chilli garlic potato is spicy and scrumptious. It is a perfect companion to whisky and dazzling cocktails. If you have tried it and loved it, now is the perfect time to replicate it in your kitchen.
1 cup corn flour 400g potatoes 1 tbsp soy sauce, oil 70ml water 1 tbsp sugar, chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic 2 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp green onions A bowl of ice water 4 cups boiling water
Peel potatoes and dice them into uniform sizes. Add them to boiling water with salt.
Strain them and mix them with corn flour. Mash everything into a smooth blend.
Shape it into spheres and carve circles in them. Boil them until they float on the surface, and then transfer to ice-cold water.
Blend soy sauce, red chilli powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Meanwhile, saute garlic in oil.
Pour the hot oil and garlic into the soy sauce blend and pour this over the potatoes.
Serve the snack with drinks and have an amazing party.
