Korean Bibimbap Recipe To Make Colourful Rice Bowl At Home

Korean Bibimbap is a traditional rice dish layered with sautéed vegetables, fried egg, and a flavourful sauce. It is colourful, filling, and a balanced meal in a single bowl.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked white rice 1 cup spinach (blanched) ½ cup carrots (julienned) ½ cup zucchini (sliced) ½ cup bean sprouts 1 fried egg 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste)

Step 1

Place hot rice in a large serving bowl.

Step 2

Arrange sautéed vegetables and bean sprouts neatly on top of the rice.

Step 3

Add fried egg at the centre.

Step 4

Drizzle with sesame oil, soy sauce, and gochujang. Mix well before eating.
