Kimchi salad is a tangy and spicy Korean dish made from fermented cabbage and vegetables. It’s packed with flavour and rich in probiotics, making it a healthy side.
2 cups cabbage (shredded) 1 carrot (julienned) 2 spring onions (chopped) 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar
Sprinkle salt over cabbage and carrot, mix well, and rest for 20 minutes.
Squeeze out excess water and add spring onions.
Mix in chilli flakes, vinegar, and sugar.
Toss well, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and serve chilled.
