In one of the interviews, Aditi Rao Hydari mentioned that she loves relishing khagina for breakfast. This egg-based dish soon went viral on social media. Here is the recipe.
1 sliced onion 2 slit green chillies 1 tbsp ellipaya karam 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste 2-3 eggs 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chillies.
When the onion is slightly pinking, break the eggs, and let them cook with a lid on.
Sprinkle salt and ellipaya karam. You can make it by crushing garlic and mixing it with red chilli powder.
Let the ingredients cook. Soon you will notice the ellipaya karam turning the dish a reddish colour.
You can mix the ingredients or let them be. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy with roti or paratha. Aditi Rao Hydari calls it “bomb” and enjoys it for breakfast.
