Step 1

Use a kadhai to cook pineapple with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, and sugar.

Step 2

Puree the pineapple mixture and mix it with curd.

Step 3

Grind coconut slivers with cumin seeds and a green chilli.

Step 4

Mix pineapple and coconut blend.

Step 5

Heat oil in a saucepan and prepare the tempering. Pout it over pachadi and enjoy.
