The diamond-shaped kaju katli is one of the most royal Indian sweets. While it is traditionally served at festive gatherings, you don’t need an occasion to make it at home. Just follow these 5 simple steps.
2 cups cashews 1/4 cup ghee 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1 tablespoon milk
Grind the cashew nuts into a fine powder.
Heat some ghee and mix in cashew powder till golden brown.
Add in sugar, cardamom powder, and milk. Stir till you get the desired consistency.
Transfer the mixture to a tray and cut it into diamond-shaped kaju katli.
Garnish with silver foil and serve.
