Kadamba Sambar is a South Indian dish known for its vibrant mixture of vegetables. Here’s a simple recipe for Kadamba Sambar.
1/2 cup toor dal 2 tbsp tamarind pulp 2 cups mixed vegetables Roasted spices & coconut - sambar powder paste Tempering - mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies
Cook toor dal until it turns soft.
Boil the vegetables with tamarind, turmeric and salt.
Add dal and ground spices paste and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and hing.
Garnish with coriander and serve with idli or rice
