Jowar, also known as sorghum, is a millet prized for its rich antioxidant and essential mineral content. To give the classic South Indian dosa made with rice a healthier spin, make gluten-free jowar dosa.
1.5 cups jowar flour 4 cups water 1 onion 2 green chillies 2 tablespoons coriander - Curry leaves, as per preference Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Make a fresh batter with jowar flour and water.
Add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and ensure there are no lumps. Let it rest.
Heat up a pan, pour some oil and cook a spoonful of dosa batter till it’s crisp.
Serve the jowar dosa with sambar or chutney.
