Jowar dosa is a healthier twist on the South Indian staple, which is usually made with a batter of urad dal and rice. To make your dosa gluten-free, follow these five easy steps and make jowar dosa.
1.5 cups jowar flour 4 cups water 1 onion 2 green chillies 2 tablespoons coriander Curry leaves as per preference Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Make a fresh batter with jowar flour and water.
Add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and ensure there are no lumps. Let it rest.
Heat up a pan, pour some oil and spread a spoonful of dosa batter, and cook till it’s crisp.
Serve the jowar dosa with sambar or chutney.
