2 diced potatoes 1 tsp cumin seeds ¼ tsp turmeric 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste ¼ tsp garam masala 2 sliced green chillies 1 tsp mango powder 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp red chilli powder
Peel the skins of potatoes and wash them thoroughly before dicing.
Keep potatoes in cold water while you saute cumin seeds, green chilli, and turmeric in a kadhai.
Add potatoes to the kadhai and cover with the lid.
When potatoes are semi-cooked, add salt and powdered spices.
Cook with the lid on until the potatoes are cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice after turning off the flame.
