Ingredients

1 cup fresh jamun (black plums), pitted and roughly chopped  1 tbsp honey or simple syrup  8-10 fresh mint leaves  30ml fresh lime juice  Sparkling soda water, to top  Crushed ice and lime wedges for garnish

Step 1

Muddle the pitted jamun, mint leaves, and lime juice in a sturdy glass until the fruit releases its deep purple juice and the mint oils are fully infused.
