Jamun Lassi is a cooling yoghurt-based drink blended with fresh jamun (Indian blackberry), sugar, and spices. It is refreshing, creamy, and perfect for hydration with a fruity twist.
1 cup jamun (deseeded and chopped) 1 cup yoghurt (chilled) 2 tbsp sugar or honey ½ tsp roasted cumin powder Salt to taste Ice cubes (optional) Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Blend jamun, yoghurt, sugar, cumin powder, and salt until smooth.
Adjust sweetness to taste and add ice cubes if desired.
Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled as a refreshing drink.
