The rainy days usually come with a sore throat, cold, or allergies. To soothe your throat naturally, you can make yourself a hot cup of gud vali chai. Here’s how you can make jaggery tea at home.
2 cups water 2 teaspoons tea leaves 1 tablespoon jaggery 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional) A pinch of cardamom powder (optional) Milk as required
Boil some water and add tea leaves. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add jaggery, ginger, and cardamom powder. Stir well until it dissolves completely.
Pour some milk and boil the tea.
Strain the jaggery tea into cups and enjoy its warmth.
