Beetroots are known for their nutritional value and vibrant colour. To make a healthy, hydrating, and quick summer beverage, here’s how you can make beetroot juice. Have it after a sunny day and stay refreshed.
2 beetroots 1 apple (optional) 1 ginger 1/2 lemon Water as required
Rinse beetroots, apple, and ginger. Peel the beetroots and ginger, and chop all the ingredients.
Blend all the chopped ingredients together till smooth.
Strain the juice to remove pulp and add a squeeze of lemon.
Stir well, pour into a glass, and serve.
