Instant Millet Dosa For A Nutritious Breakfast

Making dosa is all about patience because it requires soaking and fermentation of the batter. If you want to avoid it, you can opt for instant millet dosa, a healthier alternative to South Indian staple.

Ingredients

1 tbsp curry leaves ½ cup millet flour 1 cup water 1 chopped onion Salt to taste 1 chopped green chilli ¼ cup rice flour Oil as needed

Step 1

In a bowl, mix rice flour, millet flour of your choice, chillies, onion, curry leaves, and salt.

Step 2

Add water to the bowl and make a smooth batter. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Spread the dosa batter on the surface and add oil to the edges.

Once the base is ready, fold the dosa and plate it.

Serve the dosa with chutney of your choice.
