Crispy, golden, and ready in a flash, no one can get bored with a South Indian dosa. Instant dosa is your quick fix for a satisfying meal in no time.
1 cup rice flour ½ cup semolina ½ cup curd 1½ cups water Salt to taste Optional: finely chopped green chillies, coriander, or cumin seeds Oil or ghee for cooking
Mix rice flour, semolina, curd, water and salt into a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Heat the greased pan on medium flame.
Spread the batter, thin it, and cook until it turns golden brown on the outside.
Serve it with sambar or South Indian chutneys!
