Traditionally, dosa requires soaking and fermentation. However, if you want to prepare a South Indian meal instantly, you can do so with this easy recipe. Just mix these ingredients with water and cook.
1 cup rice flour ½ cup rava ¼ cup urad dal flour 2 tablespoons curd ¼ tsp fenugreek powder (optional) Salt to taste
Mix rice flour, rava, urad dal flour, and fenugreek powder.
To make a dosa, whisk 1 cup of the mixture with 1 cup of water.
Add curd, mix well, and let it rest for about ten minutes.
Pour a ladleful of the dosa batter on a tawa, cook till crisp, and serve.
