Crispy chicken tossed in a fiery, glossy sauce with garlic, chillies, and a hint of sweetness. Dragon Chicken brings that Indo-Chinese street-style punch straight to your plate with bold flavours and addictive crunch.
250 g boneless chicken strips 3 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1 egg 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 onion sliced 2 tbsp oil 3 dried red chillies
Coat chicken with cornflour, flour, egg, and ginger-garlic paste, then deep fry until crisp.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté dried red chillies and sliced onions.
Add soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, and honey, mixing into a thick, glossy sauce.
Toss the fried chicken into the sauce and coat evenly on a high flame.
Cook for 2 minutes until everything clings together and serve hot.
