Indian Style Avocado Toast is a flavourful take on the popular breakfast dish, prepared with ripe avocado, spices, and Indian toppings that bring a unique punch. It is wholesome, nutritious, and perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

2 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread (toasted) 1 ripe avocado (mashed) ½ onion (finely chopped) 1 small tomato (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (finely chopped) 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped) ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste

Step 1

Toast bread slices until golden and crisp.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix mashed avocado with onion, tomato, chilli, coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Spread the mixture evenly over toasted bread.

Step 4

Serve immediately as a light breakfast or snack.
