The winter season often brings with it a runny nose and an itchy throat. To build immunity with natural ingredients, here is a quick recipe to make masala doodh that you should drink every day.
1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon cardamom 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
Heat some milk, but don’t boil it.
Add ground cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and nutmeg.
Let the milk simmer for two minutes till the spices infuse in the milk.
Stir in honey or sugar. Pour the masala doosh into a glass and drink it warm.
