1 orange (peeled and segmented) 1 carrot (peeled and chopped) ½ apple (chopped) ½ inch ginger (peeled) ½ tsp turmeric powder or fresh turmeric root 1 tsp honey (optional) 1 cup water
Add orange, carrot, apple, ginger, turmeric, and water into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the juice if preferred.
