Iced Mango Matcha Latte Recipe A Refreshing Tropical Fusion

This drink is the ultimate summer power-up, combining the earthy, grassy notes of ceremonial matcha with the natural sweetness of ripe mango. The key to the perfect layered aesthetic is to use a thick mango puree at the bottom, which creates a stunning colour gradient when the green tea and milk are added. Ingredients

 1/2 cup fresh mango puree  1 tsp matcha powder whisked with 2 tbsp warm water  1 cup chilled oat or dairy milk  1 cup ice cubes

Step 1

Pour the mango puree into the bottom of a tall glass and top it with ice cubes to fill the glass halfway.

Step 2

Slowly pour the chilled milk over the ice, ensuring it settles on top of the mango layer.
