¾ ounce simple syrup 4 fresh mint leaves ¾ ounce lemon juice Club soda 3-4 Mint leaves 3 ounces watermelon puree A pinch of black salt
Add mint leaves and lemon juice to a glass. Mull the leaves.
Strain the watermelon puree through a sieve.
Add a pinch of black salt and syrup, and stir.
Pour club soda and stir again.
Add a couple of ice cubes and garnish with a watermelon slice and mint leaves.
Enjoy watermelon mojito.
