A refreshing and creamy sandwich made with hung curd, crunchy veggies, and aromatic spices. It’s a healthy and protein-rich snack, ideal for breakfast, lunchboxes, or quick evening hunger pangs.
1 cup hung curd 4 bread slices (white/brown) ½ cup grated carrot ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum ¼ cup chopped cucumber ¼ tsp black pepper Salt to taste ½ tsp chaat masala 1 tsp mint chutney Butter for toasting
In a bowl, mix hung curd, grated veggies, salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
Spread mint chutney on one bread slice (optional).
Add the curd-veg filling evenly and cover with another slice.
Toast on a tawa with butter until golden on both sides.
Slice diagonally and serve with ketchup or chutney.
