Creamy dip does not always mean fatty mayonnaise. You can use hung curd to make a refreshing condiment and level up your snacking with minimal effort. Here is a guide you must note.
8-10 garlic cloves 250ml yoghurt Salt to taste 3 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp olive oil 2 tbsp dill A pinch of chilli flakes
Strain the curd overnight to prepare hung curd. Use the water in gravies.
Take out the hung curd in a bowl and add minced garlic to it.
Sprinkle salt, coriander leaves, chilli flakes, and dill.
Mix the ingredients to prepare a homogeneous mixture.
Drizzle olive oil on top and serve it with crackers and spicy snacks.
