Who does not like white sauce pasta? Learn how to make the creamy Inspired dish, bechamel pasta, at home, perfect for a comforting meal or a quick dinner. Here’s a step-by-step recipe
2 cups of pasta 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 2 cups milk (warm) 1/4 cup grated cheese 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, corn) 2 finely chopped cloves garlic to taste salt and pepper 1 tsp mixed herbs 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Cook pasta in unsalted water until al dente, drain and keep aside.
Sauté vegetables in a pan with a little butter or oil along with garlic until tender and set aside.
Prepare white sauce pasta by melting butter in a pan, adding flour and whisking it for 1-2 minutes.
Add milk slowly, while whisking to form a lump-free, thick sauce.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, cheese and mix until smooth
