For people with a sweet tooth, having a treat after a meal or with their cup of tea or coffee is mandatory. To make yourself a soft walnut cake, here’s a recipe with minimal sugar and light texture.
1.5 cups maida 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup chopped walnuts 3/4 cups oil 4 eggs 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix the dry ingredients like maida, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Take another bowl and mix the wet ingredients like oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix till uniform.
Add the chopped walnuts to the batter and bake to perfection.
Let the cake cool, slice it, and enjoy!
