Tiramisu has been a go-to dessert across borders. If you go gaga for the Italian dessert at cafes and bakeries, why don’t you try making it at home? Follow this recipe for the coffee-flavoured dessert.
24 ladyfingers 1 cup strong brewed coffee 450 grams mascarpone cheese 1/2 cup sugar 3 egg yolks 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Cocoa powder for dusting
Beat egg yolks and fold in sugar.
Fold in mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract.
Dip ladyfingers in the coffee mixture.
Layer them at the bottom and top them with the filling. Repeat the layers.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Dust with cocoa before serving.
