Iced coffee with creamy coconut milk seems sumptuous yet revitalising now that summer has arrived. Creamy and vegan, this Spanish coconut cream latte gives you a refreshing coffee lift.

Ingredients

5 tsp condensed milk 6 tsp of instant coffee ½ cup coconut milk 1 cup water Ice cubes, as needed Sugar, as needed 1 tsp of salt A sprinkle of cinnamon powder

Step 1

In a tall jar or container, add salt, coffee powder, and condensed milk.

Step 2

Boil the water. Add the hot water to the jar. Stir gently until everything mixes and dissolves.

Step 3

Add ice cubes. This is crucial. Add a good number of ice cubes to the jar.

Step 4

Close the jar with the lid. And begin to shake it vigorously. Open the jar.

Step 5

Add the coconut milk and add more ice cubes. Closed the lid of the jar. Give it a few shakes.
