1 ripe banana 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 1 shot espresso or strong brewed coffee (cooled) 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional) Ice cubes
Blend the ripe banana, milk, and sweetener until completely smooth and frothy.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the blended banana milk over the ice, leaving some room at the top.
Gently pour the espresso shot over the banana milk to create a beautiful layered effect.
