Want to give your coke float a serious makeover? Try the viral Coke-O-Nut which beings out the tropical flavours of coconut with the freshness of lime for a light but surprisingly refereshing sip.
200 ml Coca-Cola 100 ml coconut milk 10 ml fresh lime juice 1 cup ice
Choose a tall, sturdy glass that can comfortably hold ice and liquid, ensuring it is clean, dry, and suitable for serving a chilled drink.
If you have time, place the empty glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill it, which will help keep the drink colder for longer.
Remove the glass from the freezer and immediately fill it with the ice, spreading the ice evenly so the drink cools consistently.
Shake or stir the coconut milk gently before pouring, as this helps maintain a smooth texture and prevents separation in the finished drink.
Slowly pour the coconut milk over the ice, allowing it to settle between the ice cubes and create a creamy base layer.
Carefully add the Coca-Cola to the glass, pouring slowly down the side to preserve carbonation and avoid excessive foam.
Add the fresh lime juice, then stir very gently once or twice to combine the flavours without losing too much fizz, and serve immediately.
