As the frosty tendrils of winter weave their way through our days, there's a comforting rhythm to be found in the kitchen. And what better way to embrace the season's chill than by embracing the verdant, versatile cruciferous hero: Broccoli.
2 loaves of bread 4 tablespoons of butter 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 cup of grated cheese
Set the oven temperature to 175 °C.
Cut the bread diagonally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Combine the grated cheese, minced garlic, and softened butter in a small bowl.
Evenly distribute the garlic cheese mixture among the bread slices.
Bake the bread for 15 minutes after wrapping it in aluminium foil.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy and golden. Serve Korean garlic bread.
