This chaat blends caramel-sweet roasted potatoes with tangy chutneys, sharp onions, and crunchy sev for a flavour burst. Sweet potatoes naturally hold more fibre than regular potatoes, helping them stay creamy yet light, making every bite addictive and refreshing.
2 boiled & cubed sweet potatoes 1 tbsp green chutney 1 tbsp tamarind chutney 1 tsp chaat masala ½ tsp roasted jeera powder ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp lemon juice Chopped onions, coriander, sev, salt
Boil or roast sweet potatoes until soft, then peel and cut into cubes.
Add chaat masala, jeera powder, chilli powder, and salt.
Mix in green chutney, tamarind chutney, and lemon juice.
Toss gently so the potatoes stay intact and well coated.
Top with onions, coriander, and sev just before serving.
