Many people shy away from making millet rotis because they often end up making the hard ones. They struggle to make fulkas soft like wheat chapati. But a simple trick will help you make soft jowar roti. Check out the directions.
1 cup jowar atta 1.5 cups water A pinch of salt 1 tbsp ghee
In a pan, boil water. Sprinkle salt in it.
Add jowar atta to the water and turn off the flame.
After 15 minutes, knead the dough.
Make small pedas of the dough and roll them into circular discs.
Roast rotis on a hot griddle.
Spread ghee on soft jowar roti and enjoy.
