1 cup maida 1 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup oil 1 teaspoon salt
Mix the dry ingredients like maida, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt together.
Whisk the wet ingredients, like buttermilk, eggs, oil, and butter, in a separate bowl with sugar.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients and whisk till you get a uniform mixture.
Preheat the oven and then bake the cornbread for about half an hour.
Let the cornbread cool before slicing. Spread honey, jam, or butter and enjoy.
