Curd dosa is a quick, soft, and tangy South Indian spongy dosa made with yoghurt and rice flour. It is perfect for a hearty breakfast and must be tried at home. Here’s an easy-to-make recipe
1 cup rice flour 1/2 cup semolina 1 cup yoghurt 1/2 cup water 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped green chilli 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Oil or ghee for cooking
Mix rice, semolina, curd, water for a smooth pourable batter, then add salt, cumin, onions and chilli.
Heat a greased pan on medium flame.
Pour batter, spread thin, cook until golden, flip and cook the other side.
Enjoy with hot chutney or sambar.
