2 cups all-purpose flour ¼ cup semolina (optional, for added fluffiness) ½ cup plain yoghurt 1 teaspoon sugar ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking soda Water as needed Oil for frying
In a bowl, mix flour, semolina, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
Add yoghurt and mix, gradually adding water to form a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Roll into circles and deep fry in hot oil until puffy and golden.
