A crunchy and spicy twist, kurkuri schezwan chutney is made by mixing Schezwan chutney with crispy namkeen or chips and fresh veggies, creating a fun dip or side for snacks.
½ cup Schezwan chutney ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped tomato ½ cup crushed chips 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves Few drops of lemon juice
In a bowl, add schezwan chutney and mayonnaise, then mix it until smooth.
Add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
Crush chips and mix it just before serving.
Squeeze lemon juice, stir gently, and serve fresh with snacks.
