Swapping wheat chapatis with gluten-free alternatives like ragi rotis is one of the best ways to shift to a millet-forward diet. High in fibre and easy on the waistline, here’s how to make ragi roti at home.
1 cup ragi flour 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste
Mix ragi flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead the dough.
Once smooth, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest.
Heat a tawa. Roll small portions of the dough into rotis and cook on both sides.
Once golden brown on both sides, serve hot.
