Ragi dosa is a healthier twist on the classic South Indian dosa, which is usually made with a batter of urad dal and rice. Here’s a step-by-step guide to make a gluten-free ragi dosa for a nutritious meal.
1.5 cups ragi flour 4 cups water 1 onion 2 green chillies 2 tablespoons coriander Curry leaves, as per preference Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Make a fresh batter with ragi flour and water.
Add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and ensure there are no lumps. Let it rest.
Heat up a pan, pour some oil and cook a spoonful of dosa batter till it’s crisp.
Serve the ragi dosa with sambar and nariyal chutney.
