Ingredients

Paneer - 250 grams Oil - 1 tablespoon Butter - 2 tablespoons Heavy cream - 1/4 cup Water - 1/2 cup Onion - 1 Tomato - 3 Ginger - 1 Green chillies - 2 Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan and half-fry the pieces of paneer till they are golden brown.

Step 2

Take a pot and add some butter and cumin seeds. Add chopped onions, ginger, and green chillies.

Step 3

Add tomatoes and let them simmer till they are soft.

Step 4

Mix in coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder with some water.

Step 5

Take a blender and blend the gravy to even out the consistency.

Step 6

Add the fried paneer pieces and let the gravy simmer.

Step 7

Finally, add heavy cream to make the paneer butter masala richer and enjoy.
