Do you worry about the contents of the store-bought protein powder? Why don’t you make it at home with natural ingredients? Follow this easy protein shake recipe and enjoy a post-workout beverage.
1 cup mixed berries 1 banana 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon almond butter 1 cup almond milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon chia seeds Pinch of salt Ice cubes as required
Add all ingredients to a blender or mixer.
Blend on high speed for about 45 seconds till you get a smooth mixture.
Adjust the consistency with milk and blend again.
Pour into a glass, add ice cubes, and serve.
