3 large eggs Salt, as needed A pinch of white pepper powder 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Finely chopped parsley, for garnish
Crack the eggs into a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until no whites remain.
Add the salt and pepper. Whisk again. You can whisk by hand or use an electric hand whisk.
Heat up a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add the butter to it. Let it brown. Swirl it.
Pour the whisked egg into the pan. Take a fork, tines upward and stir it vigorously.
Break up the egg as it cooks. Keep shaking the pan back and forth, at the same time.
Cook until eggs are creamy and have small curds. Tilt the pan at a 45-degree angle and fold in. Garnish and serve!
